About the Journal

"Kazan Linguistic Journal" is an international peer-reviewed open access publication that adheres to the following principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge sharing.

The journal publishes original articles on the problems of linguistics and intercultural communication, translation studies, innovative methods and competence-based approach in teaching foreign languages, literary criticism and cultural linguistics. All articles received by the editors are checked for originality in the Anti-Plagiarism system and are subject to mandatory double-blind peer review.

The most significant scientific works are accepted for publication in the journal, corresponding to the topic, having scientific novelty and containing materials of the author's own scientific research in the following groups of scientific specialties:

The magazine has been published since 2018 with a frequency of 4 issues per year in Russian, Tatar, English, German, French, Turkish, Chinese, Spanish, Italian. The journal invites authors of research and review articles on the problems of Russian and foreign linguistics, literary criticism and pedagogy to publish. The format of the journal and the principle of open access make it possible to ensure a wide coverage of the readership and author's audience. Postgraduate and undergraduate papers are accepted in co-authorship with supervisors. Articles are accepted in 9 languages: Russian, Tatar, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Turkish. There is no fee for publishing an article
